Christmas Concert of the Txistulari Band of Bilbao and Kantika Korala at the Palace Euskalduna in Bilbao

Once again Leioa Kantika Korala and the Municipal Txistulari Band of Bilbao collaborate to offer a Christmas concert.

For this year’s concert were commissioned to Elberdin to make a several instrumentations on traditional carols and known throughout the world, which will premiere in this concert. They complete the program with works by N.Luboff, M. Reizabal Lawrence, T. Guzman and B. Ercilla

 

The band, directed by Garikoitz Mendizabal, and pianist Mariano Santamaría accompany to Kantika Korala, being conducted all by Basilio Astúlez.

The concert is next Friday 20 December at 20.00 hours in the EuskaldunaPalace in Bilbao.
