The 4th edition of the Spanish National Teachers’ Choir Course will take place in Ávila from August 17 to 22, 2026, organized by COAEM (Confederation of Music Education Associations of Spain).
Over the course of a week, registered participants will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of conducting children’s and youth choirs. Featuring an outstanding faculty, this year’s program also includes a composition masterclass led by Josu Elberdin. The masterclass will cover both theoretical and practical elements of writing music tailored to children’s and classroom choirs, focusing on composition as well as the adaptation and arrangement of material.
