Is convened the 3rd. Children’s and youth choirs meeting “El canto nos unes” 2015 in Medellin, Colombia, for the next 1-5 July 2015. It is a city cultural project organized by the foundation Cajita de Música, non-profit organization under the direction of Maggin González, which seeks to unite around the child and youth choir singing, the most outstanding choral processes in Medellin, Antioquia and Colombia, promoting a space for musical growth that allow the exchange of meaningful experiences that are oriented to the training, qualification and development of musical choirs and directors.
For this edition will count on the presence of Josu Elberdin as director, composer and guest professor, having organized the following activities:
An International Conducting Choirs seminar, a specialized workshop with more than 200 children and several concerts including a final concert that can reflect all the work done during the course.
Quotas available for the international seminar:
40 choral conductors of Medellin and Antioquia.
20 choral conductors of the national territory.
10 teachers or students from other areas.
