The Costa Rica Choral Festival for Peace is a non-competitive international choral festival that brings choirs together through music, cultural exchange, and a shared message of peace.
From June 23 to 27, 2027, choirs from different countries will gather in Costa Rica to sing, listen, learn, and create meaningful human connections beyond the stage.
This is not a competition. It is a choral gathering with a purpose of love and peace.
Here, every voice matters. Here, music becomes a bridge. Here, peace is not only spoken, it is sung.
For this year’s edition, as last year, Josu Elberdin will be the guest conductor. Josu will work with several international choirs and a large number of Costa Rican choirs, and will conduct works in various concerts that he and other conductors, such as J. Busto and M. Bridges, have created specifically for the festival.
