VI WORKSHOP OF CHORAL SINGING (EDITION 2019)
“Sing & Dance”
PoP – Rock of all time

October 5 and 6, 2019
The Workshop is open after registration, to anyone who is fond of choral singing, and who wishes to participate actively in rehearsals and the celebration of the final concert, until the planned quota is completed. It will be held at the Getafe Professional Conservatory of Music, with a duration of 11 teaching hours distributed between Saturday and Sunday, morning and afternoon at the following times:
Saturday, October 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / From 15.30 to 19.00 hrs.
Sunday, October 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Applications for sopranos and contracts received by another application for tenor or bass strings will have preference for admission. Indicate it as an additional comment in the application, as well as a 50% discount for children under 25 years.
After completing the registration, all participants will have a private key to access the workshop documentation (scores, recordings) electronically in advance so that they can prepare the selected works and are invited to be freely integrated into the previous rehearsals of the Choral These normal Choral rehearsals will be conducted by Carlos Díez.
The repertoire will consist of songs selected especially from the theme proposed for the workshop: Pop-Rock Music of all time.
To conclude the Workshop, on the afternoon of Sunday, October 6 at 7:00 p.m., a concert open to the public will be held at the Getafe Professional Conservatory of Music, where the registered participants will be integrated into the Getafe Polyphonic Choir and jointly interpret the repertoire worked during the Workshop.
