These days celebrate the 25th anniversary of Camerata Lacunensis, the Canary Islands Choir of La Laguna.
Among other events they have organized a special concert, with the title of The Author’s View.
THE PROGRAMME OF THE CONCERT WILL INCLUDE FIVE WORLD PREMIERES DEVOTED TO CAMERATA LACUNENSIS AND CONDUCTED BY THEIR OWN COMPOSERS.
Guest composers / conductors will be Dante Andreo, Javier Busto, Josu Elberdin, Ramón Gil González and Pedro Navarro Ruano.
Elberdin has written for them Ave Maria full gratia, putting music to a text so loved and recognized by the composers of all ages.
This performance, that we hope will turn into an unmissable and memorable event for all choral music lovers, will culminate the events held in commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of Camerata Lacunensis, conducted by Jose Herrero. The admission-free concert will take place on Saturday, 9 November 2019, 8:30 pm, at the Paraninfo of the University of La Laguna.
